Who Am I?

My name is Elie, and I am a certified strength coach for cyclists. I have learned and studied under Menachem Brodie, Author & World Leading Strength Coach for Cyclists and Triathletes. As a cyclist myself, I understand the unique demands of our sport, as well as our common obstacles, setbacks, and weaknesses. I want to help you drop weight, get stronger, and reduce pain on the bike.

The most in-depth, comprehensive, guaranteed to succeed program of all. The platinum package is for the athlete who wants to be the best, taking their mind off the "what am I doing" and just focusing on the work, with every step of the plan laid out for them.

This plan is designed for the athlete who wants the guidance and accountability of in person training sessions, but the freedom to train by themselves. Through the Hybrid model, the athlete gets access to the best of both worlds.

This plan is designed for the athlete who wants the independence to train where and when they want, but the guess work and thinking of "what am I training today" taken care of. This package is our best seller.
